Hello Neighbour!

We believe that the best vantage point for strategy and research is next door; by those who know enough to be dangerous... but are never too close to lose clarity and freshness of thinking. That’s why we approach problems from the outside in.

Services

We help clients solve problems across four key strategic & research-based competencies.

UNDERSTANDING CUSTOMERS

We help businesses gain clarity in understanding the people that matter most – the customer – through innovative qualitative research.

EMBEDDING STRATEGY

Once a strategy is set, we work with clients to help embed that understanding within the organisation to ensure that it is understood and adopted.

DEFINING BRANDS

We help businesses build and organise their brand for future growth through brand strategy, positioning and brand architecture.

EXPRESSING BRANDS

We help clients and agencies prioritise initiatives, set objectives and advise on how to develop better, more effective briefs and marketing.
