CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER

Jacqueline is a brand strategy and ​research expert with over 20 years ​experience.


Prior to starting Neighbourhood ​Strategy in 2023, Jacs was Chief ​Strategy Officer at Clemenger BBDO. ​During her 3 years there. she sat on ​the Clemenger Board, won countless ​effectiveness and creative awards.


Jacs has been instrumental in ​developing consumer-led brand and ​creative strategies for some of ​Australia’s biggest and most loved ​brands including Myer, Melbourne & ​Olympic Parks, ANZ, NAB, Nissan, ​Target, HCF, Medibank, Bupa, ​Bendigo Bank, RACV, Schweppes, ​Origin.

Kate Silver

GENERAL MANAGER

Kate is a respected business leader ​with over 20 years experience in ​creating strong and successful ​partnerships.


Having run the Melbourne office of ​global advertising agency Leo ​Burnett for 8 years, Kate has worked ​on any number of businesses and ​helped brands succeed through ​thoughtful and impactful strategy ​and bold creativity


She has worked on an impressive ​body of clients including HBF, City of ​Melbourne, Melbourne & Olympic ​Parks, iSelect, Transurban, Tourism ​Tasmania and Honda.


Mike Ronkoske

HEAD OF STRATEGY

Mike is multidisciplinary strategist ​with expertise in brand, research, ​behavioural change, cultural change, ​creative, innovation, and comms ​strategy.


He loves solving problems of all ​shapes and sizes including upstream ​innovation (re-positioned the Nike ​cushioning technology portfolio for ​their innovation ‘Kitchen’), early ​stage startups in need of minimum ​viable brands, and enterprise giants ​(sharpened the global positioning of ​Atlassian—Australia’s most ​successful startup ever).


He has worked extensively in auto, ​tech, fashion, fmcg and government ​sectors in the US and Australia as ​strategy lead for Porsche, Atlassian, ​Audi, Mars Wrigley, Toyota, Ford​, Cisco, Department of Transpor​t (Victoria) and the Transport Acciden​t Commission (TAC)​.

Josie Biggs

JUNIOR STRATEGIST

Josie is a budding junior strategist ​who joins us from the Advertising ​Council of Australia.


Having studied advertising at RMIT ​University, Josie has already ​developed research and strategy ​projects for an array of clients ​including Tasracing, Cricket ​Tasmania and Harris Scarfe.
